MetaFund does not discriminate against any person who is Limited English Proficient (LEP). In accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, MetaFund takes all reasonable steps to provide LEP persons meaningful access to program information upon request.

MetaFund is committed to making its Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) accessible to individuals with disabilities by meeting or exceeding the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 508), as amended (29 U.S.C. 794d) and the Oklahoma Electronic Information Technology Accessibility Act of 2004 (OK EITA). Section 508 and OK EITA require federal and state agencies, respectively, during the procurement, development, maintenance, or use phases of ICT, to ensure that individuals with disabilities have access to and use of ICT information and data comparable to the access and use afforded to individuals without disabilities unless an undue burden would be imposed on the agency.
