SidexSide

SidexSide's mission is to curate talent and employer mutuality. SidexSide offers a unique train-and-retain model that serves as a bridge between our community's overlooked talent pool and local employers.

Participants in the program, referred by local nonprofit agencies, are paid for their full-time participation to remove the barriers of access. Over nine weeks, participants receive intensive power skills training from more than ten local and national curriculum partners. During this time, each participant is embedded in one of SidexSide's local employer partners for a curated “earn & learn” dynamic, allowing them to put elevated skills to real-world practice while the employer can assess these skills and the possibility of a long-term fit.

SidexSide creates a win-win situation: individuals gain stable income and valuable experience, while employers benefit from a steady stream of capable, well-trained employees.
